MY NEW TOY

When I was in grade school, I took piano lessons for a short time. I piddled around with the guitar and violin. Never really learned to play them. I had a yearning to learn an instrument and make music. I needed something portable, and easy to learn. 

Last weekend, I walked past Bone Island Music. The door was propped open and all those instruments pulled me in. Today, I returned and am the proud owner of a Luna Mahogany Concert Ukulele... and sore fingers.

A few days ago, I saw my neighbor in the store and he told me how he used to have to call the cops nearly every night. The previous tenant where we now live, were very loud. Hope he likes the ukulele!
